职位描述：
We are inviting a hands-on and result driven formulation scientist to join our team in supporting the formulation development of innovative drugs.

Responsibilities:
Exploratory and commercial formulation development.
Assess biopharmaceutical performance and solid state properties including polymorph, stability, solubility, excipient compatibility, and distribution coefficients for botanical and small molecule drugs.
Perform in-silico simulation of PK and PD for formulation evaluation.

Develop dissolution and performance tests to support formulation screening and optimization. Evaluate enabling technologies for commercial dosage forms.

Collaborate with other functional groups in pharmaceutical development, clinical supply operation, and contractors.


Qualifications:
Graduate or undergraduate degrees in Pharmaceutical related Sciences or Engineering. Working experience in pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience of developing solid dosage forms or herbal medicines is necessary. Experience in analytical tools for formulation screening and optimization is must. Familiar with pharmaceutical regulations and FDA/ICH guidelines is needed. Training in developing PBPK models with software such as Winnoline or Gastroplus is a plus.
