职位描述：
1. Assist Product Manager to handle the Product Management matters of Victorinox in mainland China. Understanding product needs across the sales channels products (includes product planning, feature roadmap and product launch), and manages the product performance against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives.
2. Overlook and manage product portfolio, well planning on product phase in & phase out to keep current product portfolio competitive in the market.
3. Good knowledge and understanding of consumer, channel and customer insight & needs, ensure the best product portfolio for the certain channel and customer.
4. New product pricing plan & current product price system management to meet management margin needs and competitive price policy in market.
5. Work well with local & HK product team, supply chain team for PO placement, and coordinate delivery schedule, effectively manage inventory by ensuring the sufficient stock but not overstock stock level.
6. Keep tracking on product performances on retail channel & initiative product, merchandising, promotion and roadshow plans for retails stores
7. New product training material development and Provide product training to business and related team, dealers and promoters according to the product training needs, such product knowledge training, product business and market intelligence sharing training etc.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5+ years of solid experiences of marketing and product management for renowned international consumer goods brands.
2. Presentable with strong confidence, result-oriented with excellent business and commercial acumen of market trends in China market.
