Job Description
We are currently seeking a self- motivated individual to join our integrated drug discovery service team. The candidate will work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with scientists from global Pharmaceutical clients to develop and conduct a variety of biochemical and cellular assays in support of target based small- or large-molecule drug discovery projects.
Responsibilities:
? Act as biology lead for integrated services for clients’ drug discovery project.
? Lead a team of research associates to design, develop and validate biochemical and cellular assays as well as the basic biology of drug targets, molecular pathways and relevance to human diseases.
? Effectively present results and recommendations at project meeting.
? Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
? Ph.D. degree in biomedical science or related field.
? Minimum of 2 years’ experiences in an advanced academic or pharmaceutical research environment.
? Strong scientific skills and prior experiences in assay development and molecular pathway analysis.
? Experiences with primary cells and cell lines are required.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Capability to design and execute studies, interpret results and problem solving.
