职位描述：
Business Development Manager’s job is to structure and close high impact partnerships to our Unity Ads business. The position entails competency in sales and account management, and deep understand of the mobile game and app ecosystem. You will be based at our Shanghai office. We are looking for a mature, self-motivated “go-getter” with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision is a must, as is tolerance for bad jokes. We are looking for a person who is accustomed to working independently but is also a team player focused on working towards set goals.

Primary responsibilities
● Identifying new prospects in the mobile gaming space and closing new business
● Ensuring local Chinese developers are integrating the Unity Ads SDK and driving revenue
● Managing your existing relationships in the mobile gaming space to bring new business to Unity Ads
● Research the mobile gaming market and identify new opportunities and potential supply partners
● Contact potential partners through cold-calling, industry events, in-person meetings, etc.
● Help our partners to achieve the best possible results using our platform and understand the publisher’s needs through the entire sales process
● Work cross functionally with the rest of the Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure success of the relationship

Skills and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree
● 3~4 years experience in a sales, account management or BD role
● Background from mobile gaming publisher, app developer or mobile advertising business is a significant plus
● Passionate and knowledgeable about the mobile gaming industry and game developers
● Knowledge of mobile advertising industry and understanding of key advertising terms is an advantage plus
● Comfortable with basic technical terms (API, SDK, etc.)
● Start-up mentality
● Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and a drive for results
● Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Cantonese fluency is a bonus 举报 分享
