职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责门店形象的提升、巡查、考核工作，并制定区域管理体系
2、负责本区域门店销售管理工作的监督审核，督促各店完成销售指标
3、根据各店销售情况合理配置资源，有效地跟踪货品的补充，跟踪好各店库存，并及时处理各店库存损益情况
4、对每日的销售与上周数据进行比对分析
5、合理分配调拨上海及全国各家门店的货品
6、对所有门店的库存量进行微调控制
7、配合各大商场的大型活动进行人员调整以及实地跟踪
8、门店货品的盘点
9、突发事件的处理
10、及时完成上级领导交代的即时工作

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，有零售或珠宝行业相关工作经验1年以上优先
2、有面对压力的勇气和信心，有管理激励员工的魄力
3、擅长制定、监控终端运营管理规范，对饰品陈列搭配有较高的审美能力
4、有责任心，有良好的沟通能力，有团队合作精神
5、对货品安全严谨负责以及良好的道德品质
