职位描述：
？ Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation.
？ Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.
？ Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation.
？ Provide repair and maintenance for the line equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance.
？ Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works.
？ Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM and TPM instructions and train PM technicians and TPM operators.
？ Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list.
？ Report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.
？ Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved personal performance.
？ Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
？ Knowledge of quality standards (IATF16949).
？ Familiar with automotive quality Management tools such as APQP&CP, FMEA, SPC 举报 分享
