岗位职责：
1.Ensure Department Operations
2.Provide sound leadership and management to the department.
3.Define and control the department budget including overhead and
headcount.
4.Oversee production planning, scheduling, material planning, import, export, material warehousing and logistic issues
5.Ensure goods supply in line with the customer’s demands and on-time
6.Control Logistics cost within budget and minimize inbound & outbound premium.
7.Ensure PC&L related system (SAP, etc) proper operating with accurate PC&L figure entry in time.
8.Ensure the safety of warehouse and subordinators.
9.Monitor the performance and report to the management monthly.
10.Support Value Stream Team work.
 
任职要求：
1.College graduate with Bachelor's Degree or above
2.Major in Logistic
3.At least 5-years’ experience in auto-motive industry
4.Familiar with Microsoft office
5.Fluent English
