职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY：
Logistics supervisor will be responsible for all daily affairs related with warehouse/inventory management, which mainly including material receiving, storing, releasing, inventory cycle count, 6s execution, inventory data update, inventory vouchers/documents generating & filing, Inventory Accuracy

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Participate in warehouse/inventory management/operating rules/regulations formulating.
2. Create and maintain efficient logistics flow.
3. Execute & follow up the performance of warehouse/inventory handling/managing rules/regulations, and give constructive suggestion or take action to correct the unreasonable performance.
4. Check inventory level by day to maintain reasonable stock level.
5. Check inventory status by day to assure materials are eligible.
6. Check if FIFO is executed continuously.
7. Inventory data update by day.
8. Keep warehouse facility/resource is organized, handled, and maintained, properly, efficiently.
9. All inventories are organized / labeled clearly, properly.
10. Daily Cycle count by.
11. 6s executing.
12. New employee training.
13. To work on continuous improvement tasks.
14. Define KPI of warehouse and assess the performance of staff

REQUIRED EDUCATION：
1. College degree major in logistics or related.
2. Min. 5 years related working experience.
3. Basic English listening, speaking, reading, writing capability.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES：
1. With forklift driving license & excellent driving skill is a plus.
2. Excellent computer operation skill, good Excel data analysis skill.
3. Good knowledge/experience on ERP or other computer system.
4. Barcode experience.
5. Experience at automotive or electrical industry is a plus.
