职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

A. Transportation Management 物流管理
1. Arrange and co-ordinate forwarder to supply deliveries
安排并协助货代完成货物运送
2. Acting as a liaison between Suppliers and forwarders ensuring the goods are booked and collected by the forwarder on time to make the fright / vessel closing dates
作为供应商和货代之间的联络人，确保货代及时订货、提货，并在关舱之前将货物装船/装机
3. Obtaining transportation quotations, managing bookings, collections, monitoring shipments and providing regular shipment status updates.
获取物流运输报价，管理订舱，收集和监控船运信息，定期提供更新的货物运输状态
4. Work collaboratively with Iran Team, Suppliers and Forwarders on issues that are holding up shipments i.e. CO, CIQ (China Inspection and Quarantine) , Airfreight requirements for DG, carton markings, MSDS sheets (Material Safety Data Sheet) etc.
与伊朗团队、供应商和货代一起合作为顺利完成货物运输提供支持，如原产地证，中国检验检疫文件，危化品运送所需文件，箱唛，材料安全数据表等
5. Supply guidance to Suppliers on the Joint Clearance export process and work to achieve Joint Clearance on all stock where applicable.
当货物需要联合通关时，为供应商提供出口流程和工作方面的指导
6. Provide the first stage check of packing lists and invoice making sure any amendments are done before the goods arrive in the Iran customer
确保在第一阶段检查包装清单和发票，所需要作的任何修改都在货物到达伊朗客户之前进行

B. Import & Export Operation进出口业务
1. Prepare all import & export documentations for freight / vessel booking and customs clearance
准备的所有进出口货运/订舱及报关单证
2. Ensure all the related process and documentation in compliance with government regulation
确保所有相关流程和文件符合政府法规
3. Report on shipment statistics, LSPs (logistic service provides) performance vs. contracts, incidents & accidents etc.
向上级报告货物运输情况，物流服务性价比，偶发事件以及突发事件等
4. Take care of logistic fee application and settlements
负责物流费用的申请和结算

C. Any other tasks required, such as administration job, payment arrangement, invoice identification, etc.
其它安排的工作任务。

Experience/qualifications requirements:

1. College's degree, Supply Chain or logistic related major is preferred;
2. With sound knowledge of Chinese export & customs processes;
3. Sound experience in Chinese export office or similar- minimum of one year’ experience;
4. Good command of oral & written communication skills in Chinese and English and experience with office software;
5. Willing to travel oversea or in Mainland if necessary;
6. With strong communication skill;
