职位描述：
Position Objective:
Lead overall VAT management to make sure of VAT’s strategy delivery, operating efficiency and compliance

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing the company’s VAT strategy plan and its delivery
- Be responsible for designing and implementing VAT governance structure
- Promulgate VAT return’s policy and operating manual; facilitate regular VAT return for BUs
- Promulgate invoice issue and management’s operating manual
- Define and supervise VAT position’s job at LBU level; participate in performance assessment
- Lead to handle VAT-relative inspections and audits at CHO and local level
- Set forth VAT accounting and reporting guidance and process
- Keep abreast of tax regulation’s update and optimize VAT policy and processes accordingly
- Provide VAT & invoice policy update / training and operating guidance for internal stakeholders; provide professional advice on the company’s legal documents from compliance and tax efficiency perspectives
- Handle relationships with LBU tax offices
- Acquire and manage external tax consultancy services when and where needed

Job Requirements:
- Education – Post graduate degree is preferred with major in finance, tax, accounting and etc.
- Around 10+ years on corporate tax management or Big4’s tax consultancy service, with focus on VAT management
- Proven track record on tax strategy planning and execution for financial services or larger-sized entities in other industries is a strong plus
- Updated knowledge on PRC tax laws and regulations
- Great interpersonal skills of internal and external communication
- Certifications/licenses – CPA, CTA preferred
Special skills
