Team Leader Mid-Office serve as the leader for all centralized ticketing, invoicing, refunding and crediting processes for China. Manage a small team of processing agents and Customer Invoice Care professionals. Be the subject matter expert on all aspects of ticketing, refunding, invoicing and crediting.
General responsibilities:
? Lead a small team of processing agents and Customer Invoice Care professionals
? Standardise and improve existing ticketing, refunding, invoicing and crediting processes
? Conduct billing and invoicing research on behalf of customers and account managers
? Research, challenge, clear all airline debit memos
? Develop, monitor and report KPI’s and SLA’s to provide visibility of process timeliness and accuracy and measure improvement over time
? Improve process timeliness and accuracy
? Improve credit card transaction processes
? Reduce cash receivables and average A/R days
? Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
? Serve as the liaison between operations, accounting, and account management
Requirements:
? Accountancy qualification
? Experience leading people
? Experience in process management
? Knowledge of travel accounting systems and processes
