Responsibilities:
1) Printing our voucher/journal from Oracle, filing the voucher together with the original documents (payment request, etc)
2) Numbering the vouchers and files with the coach/guiding
3) Printing VAT invoices
4) Mailing and sending invoice to customer
5) Other simple task, such as, go to bank/tax bureau for some non-confidential statements/documents
Requirements:
1,Good communication skill, a team player.
2,University Student, major in accounting / finance.
