职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 全面负责区域内营运管理工作。
2、 负责制定年度销售计划，并具体分解下达到区域内基层店，在执行过程中要帮助门店分析落实，确保计划完成。
3、 实施落实检查、督导基层店质量执行情况。
4、 负责对基层店管理人员业务及管理能力的提高进行帮助及指导。
5、 负责处理门店日常营运管理工作，帮助解决存在的问题、突发事件和顾客投诉。
6、 及时反馈市场信息，及时予以分析，以作出相应的调整措施。
7、 落实区域内门店对主产品质量的检查、控制，及时解决门店主产品的质量和供货数量的问题。
8、 负责新店开张的营运准备工作、开张期间的营运指挥、安排、调度工作及总结分析工作。
9、 负责收集汇总顾客意见反馈，总结、分析、提出切实可行的意见和建议，提升三大质量。
10、 落实部门及门店的协调配合工作，对部门各项工作必须严格管理
任职资格：
1、 10年以上的连锁咖啡店/茶店的店铺管理经验，其中3年以上的同岗位区域门店管理经验。
2、 有较强的组织、领导、沟通能力。
3、 有较强的业务能力。
4、 品行良好、责任性强、工作严谨。
