工作职责：

1、设计制作工装、夹具，并对设备工装和夹具进行改造、加工、调试与确认；

2、编制生产工艺标准作业指导书，并持续完善；

3、跟进国产化和新产品量产前的试制工作；

4、对操作工的作业手支进行系统培训与指导；

5、参与新设备的选型工作；

6、负责零部件的国产化可行性分析与改进工作，并跟踪实施；

7、参与公司生产工艺的改进项目；

岗位要求：

1、具备3年以上的工装、夹具的设计经验；

2、熟悉钣金加工工艺，了解常用的钣金加工设备；

3、英语四级，能熟练书写英文邮件；

4、接受过TPM相关的培训；

5、熟练掌握计算机办公软件（如：Word/Excel/Powerpoint/CAD等）

6、具有5年风机或空调行业的工作经验！
