职位职责:

1. 常规会邮件，处理中差评，CASE及退换货

2. 负责客户的跟进和二次开发，增加客户对品牌的粘性和重复购买率，提升客户体验

3. 开发并维护线下成交客户，尤其批量下单客户（批发性质的客户）

4. 要求英语4级以上，有一定的口语沟通能力

5、英语要求能看懂并回复客服邮件，且能胜任ebay客服

6、本公司正处于快速发展需要加班

任职资格和要求：

1.大专以上学历，具备英文听说写能力；

2.熟悉ebay/Amazon后台操作，两年以上操作账号经验。熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件；

3.有过ebay或Amazon或速卖通销售经验者优先考虑；

4.公司处于高速发展，能够服从公司加班要求或安排。
