职位描述：
This is a sales & marketing position within Mar-Bal China reporting to Asia Pacific Sales Manager in Shanghai. The incumbent will work for three tasks: online marketing promotion, existing customer maintenance and new customer development. This position is located in Shanghai.
该职位为销售兼市场职位，向玛堡公司亚太区销售经理汇报。职责主要包括三部分内容：在线市场推广、现有客户维护和新客户开发。工作地点在上海。

Major Responsibilities:

1) Online marketing promotion: maintenance and update Baidu, Alibaba, and free B2B websites, as well as company official website
在线市场推广，主要是更新维护百度、阿里巴巴和其他免费B2B网站，以及更新官网
2) Maintenance existing customers and distributors, update weekly or monthly follow-up record
维护现有客户和代理商，更新每周或每月跟踪记录表
3) Develop new distributors and OEMs
开发新代理商和新配套客户
4) Keep daily contact with customers, for both existing and new customers
保持与新老客户的日常联系
5) Promptly response to daily customer requests
及时快速报价，回应日常客户询盘
6) Feedback market information and competitor behaviour to help better promotion plan
回馈市场信息和竞争对手行为以帮助优化公司市场推广计划
7) Work close with the team to smooth the whole sales process including delivery and payment

Candidate Profile:

1) 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience. Better having experience in online marketing promotion, telemarketing, E-commerce, customer relationship management, channel and distribution sales or relevant areas.
1-3 年工作经验，最好有如下方面的工作经历：在线市场推广，电话销售，电子商务，客户关系管理，渠道和分销等。
2) Better having background and knowledge in bus bars, cables, transducers, terminal blocks, MV/LV switch gears, control cabinets, electrical system integration, etc.
最好有以下相关知识和背景：母排，线束，传感器，端子排，高低压开关柜，控制柜，电力系统集成等
3) College degree or above, major in marketing, mechanical or electrical engineering
要求大专以上学历，市场营销或者机械电子类专业均可
4) Basic English to write emails and brief sales reports
基本英语使用能力，可以写英文电子邮件和简短英文销售报告
5) Diligent, positive, has passion for sales
