Responsibilities:
1. Good knowledge of fabric manufacturing process, design etc.
2. Sets up and keeps in close communication and cooperation with senior management of clients
3. Consolidates the business relationship
4. Improves the relationship with customers for every interior functions, including quality, planning, production, technology, program, and finance, meets our customer's needs
5. Collects automotive market information, including OEM customers, competitors and key suppliers. Provides market report to senior management. Develops marketing and sales strategy for the company
6. Sets the sales strategy and leads the team to ensure the accomplishment of the sales goals
7.Overall responsible for business and price negotiation, business process, signs sales contract, and agreement of new product development with the prior approval of the Executive Committee
8. Leads Phase one process (proposal and quotation), works closely with SDT, provides necessary program information to the SDT, and develops quotation proposal and strategy
9. Supports finances to prepare Business plan.
10. Reviews quotation documents and quotes to the customers.
11. Negotiates with customer about the product price, payment term, Engineering Investment (ED&D) & Recovery of Economics
12. Leads the negotiation when there are engineering changes
13. Responsible for the profitability of the program
Requirements:
1. Working in the automotive industry for above 8 years and experience in Tier One customer in deal with Japanese OEMs is preferred
2. Experiences in the project pursuit and project development management
3. Strategic thinking and Strong business sense are expected
4. Effective communicate ability and skill with customers, internals and partner
5. Good leadership to drive the business with team
6. Bachelor of Mechanics Engineering or related major
7. Good English and Japanese skills in writing and speaking
8. Systematic knowledge of business, product development
9. Basic Finance, costing, and legal knowledge
10. Ability of information collecting and analysis
11. Ability of project management and team coordination
12. Good negotiation and communication skills
