A highly self-motivated individual with more than 10 years professional supply chain experience in world leading automotive manufacturing companies can successfully adapt with multi-functional roles with strategic and systematic thinking, solid analytical and planning skills. Motivational management style with a record of building and retaining highly motivated supply chain operation team.

Leadership: Dynamic leader and team builder, result oriented, consistently motivating subordinates toward success. Taking leader to build and motivate local team to successful in identifying opportunities for supply chain process improvement and logistic cost saving.

Senior & Professional: more than 10 years dedicated experience in logistics both inbound/outbound and material management area, extensive practical experiences of logistics including network strategic, network design, logistics procurement and operation, warehouse management, sequence, JIT, safety stock management.

MRP and QAD implementation: Strong knowledge and experience to drive MRP and QAD system

Relationship Builder: Motivated and enthusiastic about developing good relationship and effective communication with multi-related government parties and downstream service providers.

EDUCATION

? MBA or Master for Supply Chain and logistics preferred.







MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Procure and execute superior logistics services, working cross-functionally across the supply chain organization to improve total supply chain landed cost to meet goals.

Develop and attract talent that displays the Lear Leadership Model behaviors while achieving best-in-class logistics excellence.

Advanced Logistics
? Identify Network & consol’s / key gateways and warehouse consolidation opportunities
? In coordination with global, develop metrics to measure ocean mode utilization
? Work with Supply Chain team to balance inventory vs. cost savings impact
? Standardize the logistics requirement for sourcing material suppliers.

Material Management
? Implement full usage of material management on systems in China
? Create Centre of excellence to constantly improve processes and systems
? Keeping continue improve for inventory, ATR, E&O, PI in China plants.
? Build innovative benchmarking best practice and model plants in global.
? Advanced logistics planning to make sure flawless launch for new programs

Build Regional Logistics Operational and Procurement excellence
? Develop metrics, tools and reports that improve insight into the supply chain.
? Standardize SOP and Routing Instructions across all lanes
? Develop Advanced Logistics Capability to support sales process and provide competitive bidding

Logistics Network Design and Integrations
? Centralized purchasing process for logistics, brokers, packaging and warehouse.
? Network design for inbound and outbound logistics.
? Identify the initiatives logistics saving for all China plants to achieve the target. 举报 分享
