职位描述：
Job dimensions:
Be encouraged to propose improvement of existing reports or create new analytical views;
Be developed into key topic owner of sales force portfolio.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
o Distribute sales force/portfolio related reports to end users precisely and timely;
o Assist with sales force/portfolio target setting/FC/bonus simulation and calculation; and assist on preparing presentable analysis on deviation/variances;
o Work closely with ITM colleagues for UAT and impact evaluation;
o Take the advantage of SQL skill to develop or establish analysis modules;
o Play as alternative to team’s routine work and ad-hoc requests

Skills & experiences:
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing
- Solid database management knowledge (eg. SQL, MS Access, etc), any statistic software would be plus;
- Excellent MS Excel skills, especially Macro;
- Bachelor degree in computer science/information management/statistics/mathematics; Business administration as a minor major is a plus
- Database management/business intelligence related working experience;
- 2-3 years relevant working experience- Detail-oriented and sensitive to figure 举报 分享
