工作职责
? Stay at the forefront of fashion trends
? Ensure our production partners know our customers
? Create exciting and attractive fashion items

In the H&M Production organization we transform design ideas into actual products. We ensure that we produce safe products for our customers and remain in the forefront of sustainability.

As a Product Developer, your main objectives will be to ensure the Production teams and suppliers know our customers and are aware of the latest trends. You will also build trust and develop creative solutions between the Buying Office, Production team & suppliers.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:

? Always work with the customer in mind
? Observe how customers react to trends and contemporary life to be prepared to communicate with the division designer
? Follow the trends and draw conclusions on what to prioritize and focus on in the specific market
? Identify and inform what is big and what is new
? Consolidate the visual goal and plan on a customer level to achieve a good development process for both material and products within the right target price
? Always search for opportunities to drive the Buying Office & Production team goal. Be proactive

Who will you work with?

In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Shanghai. You will report to the Product Manager and interact regularly with Purchasing, Developers, external suppliers, our Global Purchasing Office as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
