Project Manager/Project Coordinator (Interior Fit Out and Furniture)

1. Working experience in retail projects.
有零售行业项目的工作经验。
2. Design experience is an advantage.
有设计经验者会优先考虑。
3. Strong ability to liaise and co-ordinate with clients and contractors.
有很好的与客户和承包商联系和协调的能力。
4. Ability to develop and lead a small project team.
能发展和领导项目团队的能力。
5. Good organizational skills, responsible and hardworking.
    良好的组织能力，有责任感，工作勤奋努力。
6. Good command of English and Mandarin.
熟练掌握英语和普通话。
7. Software literate (Excel, PPT, Word, MS Projects, AutoCAD a plus)..
 熟练运用Excel, MS Projects, AutoCAD 等软件者优先。
8. Willing to travel frequently.
愿意经常出差。
9. Responsible for overall project management, site supervision, material procurement and sub-contractor control.
    负责整个项目的管理，现场监管，材料收集和承包商的管理。
10. Applicants with less experience may be considered as Project Coordinator.
工作资历尚浅者，可考虑申请项目协调员职位。
