职位描述：
主要职责：
1、负责与装修队签订装修合同，对接落实施工图纸；
2、依据“专卖店装修标准”，不定期到进行维修、检修及工程验收；
3、新开店装修及工程验收工作；
4、依据单店平面图设计适合的专卖店布局；
5、负责闭店人员的组织安排，跟踪道具、灯具、电器等回收；
6、采购物品清单计划及时反馈到上级领导；
任职资格：
1、工作经验丰富，大专学历及以上；
2、土木工程、建筑学等相关专业；
3、具备工程监理资质证书；
4、两年以上零售专卖店、连锁行业工程管理经验；
5、能带领工程施工人员，监理现场施工进度。 举报 分享
