职位描述：
Summary: 配合项目工程师做好新项目的导入，保证量产时平稳；能及时解决生产过程发生的问题。熟悉Six Sigma或精益生产，完成生产线的相关工艺改进。

 

Job Responsibilities:

 
· Work with PM/ME, response for new product trial run and ensure mass production smoothly

· As FMEAs and FC team member, work for FCs development

· Review production status of online daily

· Provide quick response and problem analysis to manufacturing accident

· Determine to stop line to prevent non-conforming product from production.

· Deal with suspect components in production line

· Support Customer Audit

· Focus on process top quality issues and Implement Problem solving for these top issues

· Work as Six sigma team member to implement six sigma actions

· Follow company TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedure

· Prepare SOP document for product and training operator for new product.

· Improve the productivity to meet company request.

· Special projects as requested

 

Requirements:

 
· Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering shoud be appreciated.

· Above 3 years of experience in assembly plant.

· Familiar with TS16949 and relative tools.

· Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques (KanBan, Kaizen) or six sigma manufacture techniques.

· Ability to develop and implement manufacturing layout, processes, and changes, equipment specifications and ergonomic evaluations.
