职位描述：
岗位职责:

1）Monthly provide insightful & meaningful Financial Analysis, such as mainly P&L, Working Capital and Cash Flow analysis to predict business issues & Provide Countermeasure/Improvement Proposals;
每月出具有意义的财务分析报告，如主要损益表、营运资金分析和现金流分析等，以预测业务问题，同时提出改善或应对建议；
2）Provide detailed analysis of individual financial accounts on a monthly basis. Provide detailed analysis of Key Performance Indicators – Sales, Units, Margin, trends, customer and sales regional and individual staff member performance;
每月详细分析个人财务账户，并仔细分析主要业绩指标，包括：销售额、数量、利润、趋势、客户、销售区域和员工个人的绩效表现；
3）In charge of Cash and Working Capital Management;
管理现金及营运资金；
4）Ensure the costs are in line with cost centers budgeting & operating plan and advice/working with management team to address the issues identified;
确保费用符合成本中心的预算、运作计划和意见，与管理团队合作解决确定的问题；
5）Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
回顾并评估降低成本的机会；
6）Risk Management: Formulate, implement and manage the internal control policy and procedure to enhance the business process and internal control in compliance with internal / external audit requirements and corporate governance;
风险管控：根据内外部审计要求和公司管理要求，制定、实施、管理内控政策和流程，以优化业务流程，推动内控的实施；
7）As an interface for ERP(AX) project, assist project online successful;
作为接口人，参与ERP（AX）项目，协助项目成功上线；
8）Review and advice potential risk in indirect material purchasing process and monitor corrective action.
审核并建议间接物料采购流程中的潜在风险，监控改善措施；
9）Assisting with corporate legal affairs, communicate with headquarter legal team
协助企业法务事宜，与总部法务团队保持沟通；
10）Handle annual inspection affairs (Incl. business license, tax registration certificate, customs license, etc.);
处理年度审计事宜（包括：营业执照、税务登记证、海关许可证等。
11）Structure and manage the contractual process to support business;
构建与管理合同流程以支持业务发展；
12）Review and check deals, contracts from legal point of view;
从法务角度，审核交易与合同；
13）Set up and manage files for each project and keep original signed documents in good order;
创建并管理每个项目的文档，并保存好签字原件；
14）Ad hoc assignments as required.
其他相关事宜。

任职资格:

1）Bachelor Degree in Finance 本科学历，财务专业
2）Minimum 5 years internal control work experience 至少5年内控经验
3）Strategic Agility and Action 战略灵活性与行动
4）Good skills for analyzing and interpreting financial information on costs, price, expense
具有分析解释成本、价格、费用等财务信息的技能
5）Proven experience with analyzing process (finance and operations), identifying deficiencies and implementing process improvement and standardization
在流程分析（财务和运营）、缺陷识别、流程提高与标准化等方面具有丰富的经验
6）Solid interpersonal and presentation skills 出色的人际交往、表达技巧
7）Proficiency in both spoken and written English 流利的英文读写能力
8）Prior audit experience ideal 先进的审核思想
9）Strong problem solving skills and Conflict Management;
较强的问题解决能力与冲突管理能力；
10）Strict attention to detail 关注细节的严谨性
11）Leaning Agility 学习灵活性
12）Strong ERP/SAP System experience, Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is preferred
较强的ERP/SAP系统经验，有微软AX经验者优先
