-日常生产过程质量监督，提供解决方案和相关质量管控等文件，降低瑕疵率
具体操作：；
1. 对于日常检验员验货时发现有疑问的不良品进行判断，并提供解决方案。跟踪实施，并验证其有效性；
2. 参与和负责改善质量管控程序和检验标准；
3. 通过收集、分析和整合供应商验厂报告文件，对其进行编制和改善；
4. 按需及时提供质量管控文件（如：质量计划、检验计划、检验程序、以及检验标准，等）；
5. 根据有关生产过程的统计方法决定质量数据的要素性，并建立统计信任。通过识别样品尺寸和可接受错误决定信任等级；
6. 对客户投诉提供即时解决方案，不断改进并追踪效果；

-培训
培训和推动本公司QC人员及供应商学习使用质量工具，完成报告，提高品质意识；

职位要求

1. 工程技术专业本科学历，纺织专业优先；
2. 受过技术培训，拥有丰富的专业知识背景.(如：MSA、QFD、SPC、抽样检验等)；
3. 具备熟练的英语听说读写能力及电脑操作技巧。（如：可以熟练运用常用质量管理图）；
4. 三到五年供应商管理和客户验厂经验；
5. 熟悉相关的法律法规和品牌客户社会责任要求；
6. 有上进心和较强的责任感，有良好的职业操守；
7. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力，及一定的管理能力；

GFY Shanghai Trading Company was established in March of 2014 as a consolidation GFY Hong Kong and Fresh Industries mainland China operations. GFY Shanghai Trading is a wholly owned subsidiary of GFY Hong Kong. Our company was established to manage all inter-China business for both Hong Kong companies (GFY HK), including product development, quality control, accounting, and customer service.
