职位描述：
Conference Sales Executive is responsible for selling our high level events, conferences or forums to decision makers through telephone. Consequently, a qualified sales executive should firstly know how to locate potential clients through massive and precise research, then reach to potential clients efficiently and transfer the necessary information to them in English or other foreign language fluently and thereby match their needs with our products and services rapidly and accurately.

岗位职责：
1.了解所在项目的行业目标客户并分析寻找客户，为客户提供满意的合作方案；
2. 通过电话及邮件形式与客户沟通邀请目标客户；
3. 帮助客户完成注册等工作并维护客户关系；
4. 会议现场服务客户，为客户解决现场的一些问题；
5. 配合团队完成项目销售目标。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct researches in targeted industry and prepare high quality customer lists
2. Identify clients’ needs and approach key decision-makers through professional cold calls, emails and other tools
3. Invite potential delegates to attend the conference and manage ongoing relationship with them
4. Provide on-site coordination and services to all the attendees

任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，英语和商务管理类优先：
2. 大学英语六级，优秀的英语口语及写作能力；
3. 执行力，抗压能力强，有团队意识；
4. 自信，以目标为导向；
5. 欢迎优秀应届生的加入。
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, majoring in English, Business or Management preferred
2. Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English & Mandarin
3. Good at market analysis and problem solving
4. High motivated, self assured and Result driven
5. Previous experience in similar industry will be a plus
