Responsibilities
Main Objectives
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Management (GM) VP HR.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage and screen all in- and outbound correspondences, reports and documents according to the requirements of the GM.
2. Handle and process incoming calls as well as visitors.
3. Schedule and prepare meetings with departments, clients etc..
4. Coordinate with internal and external service providers, e.g. travel management, visa administrator, driver, etc.
5. Organize and book business travel arrangements and follow up on accommodation arrangements as per instruction of the General Management.
6. Set up and maintain GM’s office correspondence files and guarantee safe custody as well as confidentiality.
7. Generate and keep records on presentations, tables or similar reporting documents for the GM.
8. Order office supplies, if necessary.?
Requirements
Basic Requirements
Working experience Min. 2 -4 years of professional experience
Education Bachelor Degree
English Fluent in writing/speaking
German Not mandatory – but helpful
Computer Profound computer skills in MS Offices?
