Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. More than 5 years experience in a procurement engineering position, and 3 years experience of purchasing and supplier management in automotive industry
3. Experience of Al die casting or plastic injection or stamping or machining will be necessary, quality experience will be plus.
4. Knowledgeable of the commodity managed, key manufacturing processes, technologies, and commodity markets.
5. Negotiation skills and effective communication skills internally and externally.
6. Able to maintain the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
7. Strong utilization of office software to track, present, and report performance of both commodity and suppliers.
8. Organize, input and retrieve data needed for report generation.
9. Ability to prepare contracts and purchase agreements, to prioritize and remain focused, to adapt to change.
10. Ability to understand financial data and reports.
11. Good planning skills.
12. Open minded.
13. Pro-active in attitude.
14. Good team spirit.
15. Results oriented
16. Ability to meet deadlines.
17. Strong business presentation skills, good writing, listening and verbal skills, ability to communicate at all levels, proficient in the English language.

Main Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and expand product sourcing participation with suppliers.
2. Research and develop suppliers for various components, services and alternative solutions.
3. Develop and implement sourcing plans/projects for assigned commodities to achieve annual plans for quality, on-time delivery, cost reductions, and payment terms.
4. Manage suppliers of assigned commodities to continually improve performance in terms of quality (Supplier PPM), on-time delivery (OTD), first past yield (FPY), cost of quality (COQ), lead time reduction, and cost reduction.
5. Track and report progress through project tracking database and other reporting tools.
6. Support transfer projects to ensure achievement of materials target cost, project timeline and quality of the chosen supply chain.
7. Develop cost analysis tools for assigned commodities and make assessment on current level of supplier cost.
8. Apply Parker sourcing systems and tools to achieve best efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Achieve targets on PPV, OTD and PPM by effective supplier management. Proactively support strategic suppliers on their performance development with lean and six sigma methodologies
10. Active member of the Global Commodity Teams.
11. Analyze data and prepare reports for Sourcing team.
