职位描述：
*coordinate with customers about the returns back to china
跟国外客户协调退货相关事宜
*prepare and provide the packaged documents needed for customs clearance
提供清关所需要的整套文件包
*coordinate with warehouse and forwarder to smooth the customs clearance and returns receiving operation
跟仓库及货代协调退货事宜，以便顺利快捷清关，及时完成收货
*raise warranty claims to suppliers and push compensation
开立退货账单给对应供应商，跟催赔偿事宜
*maintain the information into ERP system and confirm the compensation back to customers
系统维护退货赔款事宜，确认退货赔款给客户
*arrange to issue tax invoice to suppliers
根据供应商退货赔款，开立相应增值税发票
*work out the relative reports for warranty claim issues regularly

Einhell is a stock-listed, mid-sized power tools and garden tools trading company with a purchasing entity in China that cooperates with about 150 suppliers. The goods are sold in more than 40 countries by Einhell subsidiaries and partner companies.
Hans Einhell started in 1964 with the foundation of Hans Einhell Co., Ltd. in Landau/Isar in Germany, Hans Einhell changed to be Hans Einhell AG (EAG) in 1986 and listed on the stock exchange in 1987.
Einhell China (EC) was set up in 1994. China is the most important purchasing market for EAG, Einhell China set up the strong engineering Dept. to ensure products are made in strict compliance with Einhell quality guidelines and can be delivered to customers on time. To expand the bussiness scope in China, we established a brand new manufacture plant in Kunshan, Suzhou, Jiangsu province in 2020.
