职位描述：
Main Role
Manage Tmall 、JD flagship store and Official website operation and grow brand business in Ecommerce platform. Work closely with TP (Taobao Partner) and multiple internal business functions including Online marketing, supply chain, finance and IT team. Develop new content, e.g. competitions, special events, etc.


Key Areas of Responsibility
? PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES:
1. Achieve Ecommerce net sales and sell-thru target
2. Guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution flagship store in Ecommerce platform in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service.
3. Evaluate the performance of key metrics like UV, Conversion Rate, AUS and Return rate on a weekly basis in order to increase brand sales and profit
4. Monitor TP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed
? Business Analysis & Reporting:
1. Analysis of sales, site performance, advertising ROI etc by weekly
2. Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including special order and key item sales and sell-thru, site traffic, conversion analysis, return rate
? Operation:
1. Constantly improve site usability together another functions and TP
2. Direct and implement regular event to generate more sales(eg. 6.18,6.26,11.11,12.12, etc.)
3. Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly sales planing, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team
4. Track and analyze competition in Ecommerce platform
5. Day to day contact for eCommerce vendors (i.e. design, search, email)


Required Experience & Skills
? Education: University Degree level
? At least1- 2 years working experience in B2C E-commerce company or agency in China (Retail or fashion experience is preferred)
? Strong background in Tmall store operation is preferred
? Good communication skills bilingually in both written and oral
? Excellent Team-player
? Fast learner
? Strong drive & motivation to succeed
? Details and result oriented
? Fluency in Microsoft excel & power point is a must
? Good at English communication
? Good knowledge of E-commerce platforms in China 举报 分享
