职位描述：
PROJECT DESIGN GROUP TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for assisting with the Robotic technical direction of the installation.
? Provide technical assistance for generating customer proposals.
? Finish OLP and support OLP integration at customer sites.
? Provide OLP trouble shooting support to Project Engineers.
? Perform robotic reach studies, cycle time analysis, and prepare system layouts for Perceptron systems.
? Provide technical guidance to the Project Engineers that are involved in an installation.
? Anticipate problems with manpower, technical issues, training requirements, and notify the appropriate team members for input and resolution.
? Assist the Project Manager to validate the scope of the project.
? Determine external resource requirements and generate purchase orders as required.
? Participation in Feasibility Reviews and technical support for quotation as needed.
? Attend customer design meetings both at Perceptron, and at customer locations, as required.
? Attend design review meetings, when requested. Communicate requirements and project status as needed.
? Download and translate customer CAD files as needed.
? Complete timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner to fulfill administrative requirements as directed by the Finance and Accounting departments.
? Perform robot program edits for existing stations.
? Document project designs by preparing install package; including creation of OLP, Install Prints, and all other install package deliverables.
? Design custom hardware solutions for integration of Perceptron equipment, including mounting structures and robot end effecters.
? Attend design kickoff and review meetings

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
? Associates Degree plus three years of experience, or equivalent work related experience.
? Ability to travel no more than 10% including some weekends.
? Fanuc, Kuka, Kawasaki, ABB, Motoman, Nachi robot programming experience is preferred
? Process Simulate, RobCAD, Delmia, Fanuc SimPRO, ABB Robot Studio robot simulation experience.
? Catia, Solidworks, Unigraphics, solid modeling experience. 举报 分享
