Job Description:
1． 负责每日快递派发与签收和日常访客的接待；
Arrange daily parcel sending and receiving in the office and do daily receptions of visitors;
2． 负责办公室来电接听，日常用品采购和整理，整理会议室；
Answer phone calls in the office, collect and purchase office stationeries, and tidy office and meeting rooms;
3． 协助员工预订机票火车票酒店等, 外籍员工入境资料的准备；
Help prepare document of entry for colleagues from France head office, and book hotels and train tickets and flight tickets for colleagues;
4． 根据要求更新供应商资料；
Update supplier lists according to request of Sourcing Department and Quality Department;
5． 管理办公室每月现金出入和银行转账汇款，并做好记录；
Manage and record cash expense and bank transfer every month;
6． 协助办公室其他日常行政事务等;
Help deal with other administrative works in the office;

职位要求：
Requirement:
1． 大学本科文凭，专业不限
Bachelor degree holder, unlimited specialty;
2． 较强的英语听说读写译能力
Strong skills of English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating are demanded;
3． 掌握Word, Excel, PPT和 Outlook
Good Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT operating skills;
4． 工作认真细致，勤奋
Detailed-oriented, hard working and well-organized;
