2、直接为副总裁提供秘书服务；
3、能独立处理突发事件；
4、与其他部门的经理进行沟通；
5、确定并安排会议时间；
6、负责会议材料的整理、存档工作；
7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

岗位要求：
1.二年以上工作经验；
2.大学专科以上学历；
3.有良好的团队管理、团队协作及自我管理能力，较强的沟通协调能力，能承受较大工作压力；
4.简单的英语书写能力；
