职位描述：
岗位职责：
Position Responsibility:
1.全面负责公司的经营管理工作，提出和把握公司发展建设总体目标和方向；
Be responsible for comprehensive work of company’s operating and management, proposing the overall goal and direction of company’s development and construction;
2.制定公司经营管理目标、成本目标和利润目标，审核确定公司分配制度；
Be responsible for setting objective of company’s management, cost and profit, and auditing distribution system;
3.负责公司内部组织机构配置以及各部门管理人员的选聘；
Be responsible for configuring company’s internal organization and recruiting department managers;
4.行使公司授权范围内的费用审批权；
Be responsible for approving company’s expense within the scope of assigned authority;
5.负责拓展开发公司的对外经营业务，与地方政府及相关职能部门协调联络，确保关系顺畅；
Be responsible for developing and expanding external business, keeping contact with government and related functional departments;
6.协助总裁完成公共关系维护、涉外事务性工作。
Be responsible for assisting CEO in maintaining public relationship and foreign affairs.

岗位要求：
Position Requirements:
1.大学本科以上学历，经济、管理、房地产等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major in economics, management, real estate or related majors;
2.具备10年以上房地产公司（职务副总经理以上）经营管理经验，行业内广泛的人脉关系和良好的个人知名度；
Must have above 10 years’ working experience in business management in real estate agency (Deputy General Manager level or above), have a wide social network and a good reputation;
3.掌握房地产及房地产金融业务全面业务知识；
Must master comprehensive business knowledge of real estate and finance;
4.优秀的管理能力和从业业绩，较强的业务执行、目标管理及考核能力。
Must have excellent management and business performance, good ability of execution, goal management and assessment.
