职位描述：
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, performing the manufacturing tasks necessary to production efficiency, products quality and maximize productivity to ensure total customer satisfaction.


Job Description:

？ All of SMT Equipments management include maintenance and calibration
？ Machine spare parts management according to Min/Max control
？ Machine capability evaluation and validation by CMK & GRR & MSA
？ Machine operation WI and maintenance WI generation and update
？ SMT placement material loading list generation and update
？ Support production to make sure all of equipment run smooth
？ Support process engineer for SMT failure analysis and provide CA
？ Coordinate with supplier for equipments service and relevant training
？ Support to training and certify operator for machine operation
？ Equipment technician management
？ Special projects as requested.

Position Requirements:

？ BS degree or above.
？ 5+ years of SMT manufacture experience, and requires strong technical skills and knowledge of SMT process control and machine maintenance; it is preferred to familiar with Fuji NXT, DEK and MPM.
？ Abundant experiences and resources on solving machine and quality problem
？ Excellent leadership for technician management and cross function coordination
？ Be able to use SPC tool for quality improvement and machine management by OEE and TPM
？ Must be self-motivated and be willing to work under pressure and work in shift.
？ Well writing and reading in English
？ Knowledge of TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 procedures a plus. 举报 分享
