职位描述：
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
1. Prepare internal Purchase Order through the orders from suppliers;
2. Prepare and file the payment vouchers;
3. Arrange payment after proper management approval;
4. Reconcile data in bank statements with company’s records, and prepare the bank reconciliation statements monthly;
5. Ensure proper control of employee advances and down payments;
6. Compile all departments’ expenses claim in a proper manner for payment purpose,Inspect and rectify any uncertainty during submission of claims according to Company’s handbook & guidelines;
7. Compile month-end overtime calculation for employee.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Over 1yr experience;
3. Strong communication skills and coordination ability;
4. Hard-working and be able to work under pressure;
5. Good English skills.
