Main Duties and Responsibility : (岗位职责)
1.Fully responsible for managing the whole process follow-up from orders to shipment. Included docs, shipmenttracking, payment monitor.
2. Resolve the operational issues with shippingline and suppliers.
3, Coordinate with US HQdocs team and booking dept. to ensure on time delivery.
 4, Keep close contact with the customer and POD agents to know status of orders at all times.
5, Solve problems and share with the rest of the group.

Qualifications :  (任职资格)
1. Bachelor degree, major in International business, English, etc.
2. 1-2 years experience of relevant products, preferably experience from similar position in supplier or representative office. Candidates who have experience on Frozen meet import will be consider first
3. Fluently read, speak and write English
4. Details oriented and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure
