职位描述：
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
3. Maintain office policies as necessary
4. Book transport and accommodation
5. Order stationery and furniture
6. Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries
7. Prepare letters, presentations and reports
8. Organize induction programs for new employees
9. Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
10. Handle staff recruitment and appraisals
11. Keep personnel records
12. Organize office operations and procedures
13. Coordinate with IT supplier on all office equipment
14. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
15. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
16. Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
17. Provide general support to visitors
Act as personal assistant to the general manager
