Reports to: VP, Global Partnerships (Direct Line)
Working Location: Shanghai
Overall Responsibilities:
? Develop the following for proposals and/or projects: graphics, brochures, signage, backdrops, etc.
? Assist om developing the internal corporate visual brand identity, with internal Promotional materials, documents, website design, etc.
? Provide layout and template design support for proposals and client deliverables
? Ability to work with multiple departments within AEG and multiple venues
? Interaction with clients creatively on building activation ideas
? Prepares finished copy and art, if needed, by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors;
? Actively participate in client presentations, both in discovery meetings, as well as the presentation of finished creative strategies and execution
? Partner with other members of the sales team to ensure client objectives are being met and act as a unified team
? Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
? Represent the Sales Department and company in a professional manner at all time, including attire
