职位描述：
1、根据市场、行业及公司发展，协助医药事业部总监拟定部门经营目标、中长期发展规划和战略；
2、完成部门年度业务目标，对医疗保健领域客户实施有效的开拓；
3、实现项目整体管控，协调本部门与各部门之间的工作关系；
4、部门团队建设与部属专业能力培养，建立高效、积极、团结的研究队伍。

任职要求：
1、全日制大学本科及以上毕业，中、英语精通；
2、市场研究行业领域业务开拓经验至少五年以上；
3、熟悉市场研究领域工作流程；
4、沟通能力佳，保持与客户的良好沟通、平行部门的良好合作。

*Support Health Care Director to draft out business objective,long term development and strategies according to market,
industry and company developing
*Achieve health Care Area sales target and explore customers effectively
* Manage project team and coordinate with other departments
*Lead and manage a team of researchers
*Coach them on market research skills, industry knowledge as well as communication skills

Job Requirement
*Bachelor’s degree
*Proficient in Mandarin and English, written and oral
*Above 5-year of experiences in Business Development
*Good knowledge of each department's work process
