职位描述：

主要职责/Major Responsibilities :

· 库存融资：负责经销商与CAPSA指定银行的关系

Manage the relationship between the dealers and banks officially selected by CAPSA for Wholesale Dealer financing:

· 与银行协商两方及三方协议，及协议的更新。Negotiate contract and contract (3P and 2P) evolution with Banks

· 根据经销商申请及可用资金情况，统筹经销商在银行融资额度的启用。Overview Dealer Credit opening by the Banks from Dealer submission to cash available

· 监控和预防经销商风险，处理经销商潜在资金问题，保护与银行的关系。Monitor and prevent dealer risk, handling dealer potential capital issue and maintain the relationship with banks.

· 管理与银行的信息沟通，保证双方充分理解对方的情况和业绩。Manage information sharing with the Banks to insure both parties have full understanding on each other situation and performance

· 管理银行池中各银行的市场份额以平衡CAPSA对于经销商/银行的风险（融资额度续约，经销商融资申请……）。Manage Bank in pool Marketshare to balance CAPSA Risk of Dealer / Bank failure (Credit Line renewal, Dealers Credit submission, …)

· 零售金融：管理与合作银行的关系

Manage the relationship with banks partners for Retail finance:

· 与销售部和市场部协调，开发零售金融产品，开展市场活动，基于DS补贴提供为客户提供好的产品。In coordination with Marketing and Sales, develop Retail offers and campaign that best leverage Customer offer and DS subsidy

· 在符合品牌前卫定位的基础上，发展创新的零售金融解决方案。Develop innovative Retail Finance solutions that can match the Brand Avant Garde positioning

· 保证银行对经销商提供沟通材料和培训支持，最大化零售渗透率。Insure Banks are providing communication material and training support to Dealers to maximize retail finance penetration

· 管理CAPSA实施的经销商库存车辆监管项目，实时协调经销商问题。Manage dealer stock supervision project implemented by CAPSA, coordinate timely issues from dealers。

· 经销商破产时，在CAPSA内部和银行间协调行动方案，最大降低损失和风险水平。In case of Dealer failure, coordinate actions internally (CAPSA) and with the Banks to minimize the loss and risk level

• 监控经销商财务业绩，评估经销商财务风险。Monitor Network financial performance and evaluate Dealer financial risk situation

• 评估投资人财务背景（业绩、风险），完成评估报告。Evaluate Investor Financial background (performance, risk) for candidate assessment

内部协调工作/ Internal coordination task :

· 支持网络发展团队完成投资人商业计划评估

Support Network Development team in Investors Business Plan appraisal

· 为网络委员会提供所有必要的经销商财务数据

Provide all dealer financial data needed for the Dealer Network Committee

任职条件/Qualifications:

· 教育背景：大学本科及以上

Education : University or equivalent

· 英语流利

Fluent in English

· 财务资格：证明财务分析方面成功的经验（盈亏损益、资产负债表）

Finance qualification : prove successful experience at Financial analysis (P&L, ratio and Balance Sheet)

库存融资和零售经营经验可优先考虑。Experience in Wholesale / Retail banking is a plus

· 中文

至少5年相关财务和商务工作经验（汽车行业优先考虑）。Minimum 5 years experience in relevant financial and commercial environment (Automotive is a plus)

· 熟悉办公软件的应用

Excellent Microsoft Office skills
