职位描述：

1、拥有帽子、箱包或者配饰等外贸相关行业管理经验5年以上（帽子及配饰行业优先考虑）。
2、熟悉外贸流程的操作和控制，有优秀的外销业绩，有带领团队的管理经验。
3、熟悉制帽生产的整个工艺流程,能负责从接单，理单到生产，跟单，出货的全过程.熟悉船务、运输、外销单证的制做，有报关员或外销员资格证书将优先考虑。
4、能对重要客户关系进行有效的开发和管理，能组织和带领团队完成公司下达的出口指标
5、熟悉制帽的制造技术,较强的沟通协调能力，能随时果断处理解决生产过程中发生的问题。
6、有独立组织出国参展或拜访客户的经验优先考虑。

任职要求：

1、具备5年以上出口业务展经验
2、英语六级以上，听、说、书写流利，能独立用英语进行商务谈判及文书工作。
3、有服饰产品,尤其是帽子及配饰行销经验优先考虑
4、国际贸易或服装纺织相关专业，本科以上学历。
5、为人诚恳，亲和力强，形象气质佳，勤奋、踏实，细心谨慎，能承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作的精神
