Business Analyst (m/f)

This is where you work!
? You work in our Digital Production team, which delivers our global digital marketing platform to our automotive clients.
? With our Digital Marketing products we offer our clients unique and innovative solutions.
? Our product is a global platform, so products you design can be used around the world.
? China is a unique market, so we are constantly innovating and driving the global product roadmap.
? We work in an Agile development environment and we are a dynamic, energetic team with big vision!

This is what you do!
? Defining new product for China on our global digital marketing platform
? Defining localizations to existing global products based on client and market requirements
? Documenting use cases and user stories based on client needs and market requirements.
? Eliciting the requirements needed to carry out business processes including interviews and market analysis.
? Partnering closely with developers and designers to deliver project results while meeting required milestones and deadlines.
? Collaborating with development, QA and business users to coordinate and assist with the successful product user acceptance testing.
? Working closely with development and QA to troubleshoot and conduct problem solving sessions when issues are identified during the development life cycle.
? Aggressively pursuing opportunities to improve industry knowledge related to the priorities and needs of Modix’s automotive clients.
? Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in regard to functions/modules of the Modix platform.

These are your abilities!
? Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Business preferred.
? At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
? At least 2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry preferred.
? Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
? Knowledge and experience with Agile development approach, SaaS applications, and content management systems is preferred.
? Strong communication (oral & written) skills in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, using appropriate media and language.
? High-energy, creatively-driven, hard-working and an inspiring innovator.
? Passion for great products and a desire to delight customers.
? Ability to sift through details quickly and determine what’s important.
? Strong and focused team player and a consensus builder.
