工作任务:

顾客
1.我的首要任务是支持销售部门经理,确保商场全天整洁如新,销售空间库存充足,并确保员工和我自己都能随时为顾客提供服务。
2.我倾听顾客的需求,并向他们学习。这使我能够从顾客的角度观察我的商场并了解他们的日常生活。
3.我展示宜家产品,彰显宜家产品系列的深度和广度,从而激发访客的家居装饰品味,并满足其不同需求。
4.我将大部分工作时间用在商场与同事共事,希望能为顾客创造简单、便捷、成功的购物体验。
5.在销售部门经理的帮助下,我确保宜家促销产品得到合宜的展示,宜家自助销售系统高效运作,从而实现顾客自主购物。
6.我保证我的团队和自己了解我们商场提供的服务,并以此帮助顾客作出明智选择,从而打造更好的购物体验。
7.我带领并管理团队,使其有信心能够积极主动地倾听顾客的抱怨,之后,我们会根据对宜家产品和宜家机构组织运作方式的了解,8.为顾客提供合理的解决方案,让顾客满意而归。
9.我确保员工无论在何种情况下,只要顾客有需要,就能及时出现并积极提供帮助和支持。
10.我始终确保为访客和员工提供安全可靠的商场环境。

业务
我支持销售部门经理,带领并管理团队,努力促进销量增长以及实现长期盈利。为此,我会:
1.主动负责我的产品系列,积极支持宜家商业重点和产量承诺。
2.确保团队和我本人都了解畅销产品,包括最高销售额,最高利润,最低价格及最有潜力产品,确保它们随时有货并且摆放在显著位置。当这些产品缺货时,推出其他产品。
3.在商业机遇、顾客反馈、竞争、供货和绩效分析方面迅速采取行动。
4.根据本地市场需求展示宜家产品系列,让消费者了解整个产品系列。
5.在展示宜家产品系列时,提供明确的价格和质量阶梯,并突显各功能产品的低价特征。
6.保证我的商场的产品系列价格为当地市场最低。
7.保证我所在部门所有的产品系列都以最低价格售卖。
8.支持并培训我的团队,让他们了解宜家销售方式。
9.与团队就商场日常工作流程制定明确的预期,并随时进行跟进。
10.在商场、部门之间建立紧密联系,以分享优秀案例和成功案例。
11.与销售部门经理和团队成员合作,协同并影响我所在国家的业务团队,从而让宜家成为家居生活的领导者并推动销量增长。
12.积极与销售地点管理部门合作,优化三位一体团队(销售,设计,物流)的销售空间/产品供货能力。
13.了解存货数量准确的重要性以及团队行为会对其造成哪些影响,保证每天达到最准确的库存。
14.与团队合作,了解并积极执行产品系列更新(如,新品及到期停止销售产品)和商业活动,并将价格下降减至最小。
15.确保我的一切行为都有助于实现共同目标,即让宜家成为家居生活的领导者,并维持其长期盈利能力。

通过以下方式执行产品系列行动计划:
1.协同职能汇报对象了解产品系列优先级和本地/全国商业机遇。
2.根据销售部门经理的反馈制定商场的议定目标以及关键绩效指标(KPI)。
3.支持销售部门经理,为团队的每个成员设定具体而有意义的目标,从而为总体方案提供支持。
4.确保目标得到团队全体成员的理解和接受,并根据该方案制定全年工作计划。
5.跟踪方案进展状况,并以简单的方式告知团队。

员工

ASSIGNMENT

Customers
? My priority is to support the shopkeeper to ensure my shop in shape as new with fully stocked sales spaces at all time throughout the day and that my co-worker and myself are available to serve the customers.
? I listen and learn from my customers. This allows me to look at my shop through their eyes and to understand the everyday lives of customers in my market.
? I present my products to reflect the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire the different home furnishing tastes of our visitors
? I spend most of my working time on the shop floor with my co-worker because my real love is making shopping easy, convenient and successful for our customers
? With my Shopkeeper support to ensure the IKEA merchandising basics & mechanical sales system are in place and functioning efficiently so the customers can make a buying decision on their own.
? I ensure my team and myself are aware all the services offered in our store and use this knowledge to support the customers to make informed choices, which results in a better shopping experience for them.
? I lead and manage my team to have confidence and proactive to listen to the customers who have a complaint. Then use our knowledge of both products and how the IKEA organisation works to offer informed solutions that ensure customers leave the store with a positive impression.
? I ensure my co-workers are available and actively offer assistance when customers need advice or support in any circumstances.
? I ensure my shop is a safe & secure environment at all times for visitors and co-workers.

Commercial
I support my shopkeeper to lead and manage my team to grow our sales with sustained long term profitability.
I do this by
? Taking ownership my range and actively promoting the IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments.
? Ensuring my team and I know our top selling products, 3A &K and that they are available and clearly communicated, display at all times. We also promote alternative products when these are unavailable.
? Taking fast action on commercial opportunities, acting on customer feedback and as well as competition, supply & performance analysis.
? Understanding local market needs and present the IKEA product range commercially so that customers are able to engage with our range offer.
? Presenting the range in a very clear price & quality ladder with a strong low price in every function.
? Ensuring my shop has the lowest price range offer on the local market.
? Ensuring my department has the lowest price offer on all product range.
? Support & education my team in the IKEA way of selling.
? Agreed clear expectations with my team on shop-keeping routines and following up with them from time to time.
? Build a strong relationship between stores, department in order to share good example and successes.
? Together with my shopkeeper and team member to work with, influencing to the national commercial team to become leaders in life at home and generate sales growth.
? I actively work with sales location management to optimum sales space/product availability with my trinity group.
? Understand the importance of accurate stock inventory and how our team action on to support the most accurate stock on hand daily.
? Knowing and working actively together with my team to range change (e.g News and outgoing products), commercial activities, minimise price adjustment and
? Ensuring that all my actions are aligned with our objective of becoming the leader in life at home and growing with sustained profitability.
I deliver a commercial action plan for my range by:
? Working with my matrix to understand the range priorities and local/national commercial opportunities
? Based on the input from my shopkeeper of the agreed goals and the key performance indicators (KPI) for my shop.
? Supporting my shopkeeper to set targets with individual members of my team which are specific and meaningful to them to support the overall plan.
? Ensuring the targets were understood and owned by all my team as it will form the basis for how we work throughout the year
? Following up on the plan and communicating progress to my team in an easy and simple way.

People
? I provide an inspiring and motivating direction for my co-workers and engage them fully in the IKEA objectives.
? I support my shopkeeper to recruit my team through IKEA values by identifying what skills are needed to get the job done and what motivations, capabilities will compliment my existing team.
? With my shopkeeper together to ensure there are right number of co-workers in the right place at the right time to run my shop successfully; always inform my co-workers of their work schedule in advance.
? I create an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest, two-way feedback with my team and other colleagues
? I secure the training of my co-workers in order to have a competence, commercially focused team that can support the selling process.
? Together with my shopkeeper we have a living succession plan

? Support my shopkeeper to drive commercially through short and long term action plans.
? Analysing my KPIs and working with my team to create meaningful actions to achieve the agreed goals.
? Controlling costs through working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using best practise and encouraging my team to discover more effective ways of working.
? With my shopkeeper to ensure all sales initiatives grow our business and support the sustaining of long-term profitability.
? I develop and share good ideas and implement best practice solutions.
? I use the full potential of the IKEA Concept, tools, manuals, guidelines and other best practices

REQUIREMENT
? Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing

? Experience of selling gained in the retail industry, in the home furnishing market
