职位描述：
1.Health, Safety and Environmental Management
-Support the development and implementation of operational work systems that allow people to keep safe and care for the environment
-Educate and influence team members and design to ensure OHSW&E is taken into account when designing and assembly of new equipment and processes
-Ensure manufacturers design risk assessment, engineering design risk assessment and plant evaluation are completed in accordance with legal and company standards

2. New Process Development
-Participate as an active member of the design review process with the aim of ensuring design for manufacture concepts are adhered to
-Participate in the review of the DFMEA and design for assembly process
-Participate in the review of and establishment of the PFMEA
-Establishment and development of concept process, including, estimated standard times, costs (process FMEA, including lessons learnt PDM)
-Obtain feasibility quotes from internal/external providers for each scenario considered
-Submission of process preferences to the design team and finalise selection
-Co-ordinate the development and review of equipment specification ensuring compliance to company policies
-Finalise timing plans taking account quote items
-Develop layout and review with cross-function team
-Co-ordinate trials (run @ rate) and support prototype builds, feedback on improvements/action required
-Validate process against PPAP requirements
-Management of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work with adherence to Futuris standards of work in conjunction with Facilities
-Development of timing plans to ensure APQP milestones are met
-Ensure process documentation is completed and training provided to operators

3. Continuous improvement & Optimisation
-Provide cost estimates as required for manufacturing equipment and capital while ensuring cost efficiency is maintained
-Awareness of cost changes and demonstrate a sound understanding of change implications on other parts/whole product
-Achieve cost targets and seek ways to reduce costs / eliminate waste where possible
-Provide manufacturing engineering direction with regards to design changes to ensure cost efficiency
-Ensure adherence to the business’ financial systems & processes

4. Best in class operational performance
-Maintain active participation in the design process from initial concept to ensure input into DFMEA to PFMEA and ensure compliance of design and process control to quality standards
-Ensure warranty information and lessons learned are captured and incorporated within any new process design
-Ensure process design outputs are developed and captured correctly, e.g., significant, critical characteristics
-Ensure all the latest manufacturing methods have been evaluated for suitability to implement when new processes are designed
-Ensure customer milestones are achieved and ensure products are launched with ZERO defects

Qualifications
-Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience
-3+ years experience in a similar role
-Preferred Automotive and/or Aerospace industry experience
-Preferred experience in assembly processes
-Proven customer service orientation - including presenting positions and issue resolution
-Proven delivery within a product lifecycle, achieving key milestones
-Experience in quotation processes, product design/processes for interior soft trim
-Experience in dealing with suppliers & customers - building relationships and delivering outcomes

Skills & Knowledge
-Basic knowledge of the design processes (DFMEA, DVP&R etc)
-PDM, CAD & NVH knowledge
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes
-Knowledge of automated and manual assembly and design/engineering constraints applicable
-Knowledge of process design tools (DFM,VSM ,DFMEA, DVP&R etc)
-Skills & knowledge in problem solving including engineering from 1st principals
-Basic project management skills - time/quality/cost tradeoffs and their prioritisation
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-Proven skills in both a team environment and autonomously
-Mechanical aptitude
-Intermediate computer skills with MS Office Suite 举报 分享
