- 6-7 years of hands-on-experience in garment industry mainly focus on woven ladies garments.
- University graduate, proficient in both Chinese & English language
- In charge of core merchandising functions
- Monitor Critical Path & production status reports.
- Negotiate price and monitor order details and timeline
- Lead 3-5 Merchandising team members, good managing skills
- Able to cope with stress and heavy workload
- Team player and able to work with all levels of associates from different cultural background
- Good interpersonal/communication skill
- Experience in multinational corporations is definitely an advantage.
