职位描述：
Report to: Studio Supervisor
Responsibility:
1) To assist the customer department and the creative department to develop strategies, and get the client's consent, after the internal review, and presented to the customer, know the customer satisfaction signed.
协助客户部和创意部拟定策略，并得到客户的同意，之后进行内部复审，并呈现于客户，知道客户满意签署。
2) To sign the external quotation to the customer department and the customer.
将客户部与客户签署的外部报价报于财务。
3) Contact customer service, will be handed over to the customer and sign the approval.
联系客户部，将完稿交于客户并签署批准。
4) Contact with the supplier, will be sent to the work piece, and proofing and returned from output
联系供应商，将完稿送交出片公司，输出分色片及打样并按时送回。
5) For each department approval. After the two proofs to the customer, after signing a copy to the customer.
获取各部门批准后交两份打样稿给客户部，签署后，一份给客户，一份留底
6) Issue job ticket
独立开工作单。
7) Taking briefs in form of schedules, reviewing and feeding back to Account Team to clarify any unclear or missing specifications.
以时间表、审查和反馈给团队的形式来说明任何不清楚或缺少的规格
8) Prepare and brief in work into design team ensuring they have everything required to complete the work.
在设计团队中做好准备工作，确保完成工作所需的一切。
9) Provide feedback and report issues to senior members of the team for ongoing and completed projects to ensure regular reviews and ongoing improvements are made to the account.
向团队中的高级成员提供反馈和报告问题，以确保定期回顾和持续改进。
10) Ensure all late briefs or requirements are discussed with all relevant team members before committing to client.

Requirements:
1) At least two to three years related working experience
至少有两到三年相关工作经验
2) Written and Spoken proficiency in English

3) Good member of team work
