职位描述：
The Senior Accountant is a full scale accounting role covers AP, AR, GL, tax and administration. The ideal candidate will:
1. Be responsible for daily bookkeeping (general ledger and payables/receivables/fixed assets ledgers…), ensure the process be in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Support monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
-- Assists in leading monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
-- Reviews work papers, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
-- Reviews and analyzes financial statements.
-- Reviews and posts monthly adjusting journal entries.
-- Exercises judgment to determine accruals and other journal entries
-- Performs analytical review of departmental expenses including trend and budget versus actual analyses.
3. Be in charge of cash flow forecast & control
4. Bank payment review and approval, act as back-up of AR/AP/Bank payment if necessary.
5. The candidate will also help setting up an ERP system (Netsuite).
 
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, Accounting preferred.
2. CPA or Chartered Accountant certification
3. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
4. Experience with handling a full set of accounting books.
5. Experience management and coaching junior accounting staff
6. General knowledge of accounting and financial statements
7. Prior experience with an ERP system
8. Detail-oriented and results-driven professional, proactive and self-motivated.
9. Be able to ask good questions and request help as needed.
10. Strong communication and coordination skills in both English and Chinese verbally and in writing. Work as team player via cross-country and cross-function,
11. Ability to work & think independently, show can-do attitude with strong hands-on and problem-resolving ability.
12. Good knowledge of local legal and tax requirements for both business and personnel tax
