职位描述：
Your duties:

- Primary Tasks

In Sample Production Phase

? Review, and plan all TLN’s sample production schedule along with sales plan
? Review all material readiness of samples
? Master the SAP PP Model and DMS system with SL training and supporting.

In Normal Production Phase

? Review, and plan all TLN’s along with the required sub-assemblies weekly.
? Review excess inventory programs to minimize excess inventory.
? Review TLN exception messages to assure all customers requirements are met.
? Review and adjust manufacturing lead-times, in SAP, to assure customer delivery commitments are 100% met.
? Coordinate all sales interventions (increases, and decreases) with sales and manufacturing.
? Plan and approve weekly pilot builds in coordination with the Customer Service, and Production preparation.
? Review planned orders through the planning horizon and perform a rough cut capacity plan to assure future weeks are leveled to agreed capacity levels.
? Prepare and submit the weekly production capacity vs. market requirement proposal, MPS, to management
? Convert the proposed plan to production orders using all auto creation programs.
? Monitor and control finished goods inventory to agreed company levels.
? Reviews master schedule and the production plan, and coordinates execution in manufacturing.
? Monitor the daily production output, and work with manufacturing, to adjust production levels to obtain agreed production plan levels.
? Optimize production orders, and containment driven orders as required to meet manufacturing plan.


Secondary Tasks


? Give quick feedback to SL for the issues found in the SAP PP implementation process.
? Provide training to Warehouse Keeper for some SAP material movement transaction.
? Coordinate MPS meeting to advise sales, logistics, and manufacturing on activities.
? Create the Working Instruction by CNL request
? Provide some statistics data to CNL for analysis and complete some reports
? The position holder observes the applicability, responsibility and control of environmental protection measures as outlined in the Environmental Protection Manual
? The position holder observes the applicability, responsibility and control of occupational safety and health protection measures as outlined in the Occupational Safety and Health Protection Manual
Our requirements:

- completed education in logistics or equivalent 　
- profound knowledge of logistics processes in the automotive industry are required, at least 1 years professional experience in this environment
- Profound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- In addition to a written and spoken command of Chinese, English is must; some or good knowledge of German would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication skill and leadership;
- Strong analytical and problem solver skills;
