Job description
- Reports to Country Manager China
- Responsible for making and adapting artwork: POS and marketing materials, catalogues, making advertisements, making in-store communication, events, PR articles and training materials.
- Responsible for coordinating creation of other materials like promotional materials, gifts, video and audio files and sales kit.
- Responsible for marketing material co-creation & coordination with Belgian headquarters:
o Contact with HQ with regards to coordination of mkt material shipments
o Contact with local agencies:
？ Sample producers
？ Local printers
？ Translation agency
？ Creative agency
- Customer-led In-store communication expert: make shop layouts for new & existing customers and support from design until final execution

Requirements
Min 3 years’ experience
Proficiency in the use of AI, In design, Photoshop, design software AutoCAD, Sketch up and and office software
Keen perception and higher comprehensive control ability on graphics, images, fonts, colors and other design elements
Familiar with all kinds of POS and other marketing material making processes
A creative, curious and proactive nature is key. Generates new ideas, as well as the ability to think in visual terms
Ability to develop projects from concept design stage through to finished stage on site
